On March 4, 2025, the Pharma Compliance Conference was held at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Belgrade, a specialized event for colleagues from the pharmaceutical industry and all others interested in the subject of business compliance in this area. The organizer of the conference was the Association for Business Compliance, and two leading associations of pharmaceutical companies participated as partners in the organization: INOVIA and Genezis, associations with which the Association has signed cooperation agreements in business.

We can state with great pleasure that the event was extremely successful, which is indicated by the number of participants, the quality of the lecturers and the fact that almost all the largest and most important companies from the pharmaceutical industry had their representatives at this conference.

The topics we dealt with were: compliance aspects of interaction with healthcare professionals, challenges of organizing professional educations, marketing practices in the pharmaceutical industry and third party risk management in practice. The lecturers were leading experts from practice, from the leading pharmaceutical companies in Serbia: Sandoz, Roche, Hemofarm, Ergomed, Novo Nordisk, Zdravlje Leskovac (Frontier Biopharma Group) and Pharma Swiss (Bausch Health).

Recognizing the need to connect Compliance professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, the Association for Compliance in Business was the organizer of the first event of this kind organized in Serbia in 2019, so the Pharma Compliance conference was a logical continuation of our efforts to improve the way we manage the risk of non-compliance in this highly regulated area, and additionally promote ethics and culture in business.

The Association for Compliance in Business will continue to promote compliance, ethics and culture in business by organizing and supporting similar events in the future, as one of the most significant activities of the Association.
